At the end of 2023, we implemented GGapp. This is a new application for internal communication in companies and organizations, based on a pool of GG numbers assigned separately for a given company/team. The administrator builds the contact list based on the company’s organizational chart. Then, he grants permissions and access to individual members of the organization. This allows for easy control of access to GGapp accounts in the event of turnover among company/team employees.
The pool of numbers assigned to a given organization is separate, closed and does not allow contact with the outside world of the company. However, at any time you can also invite old GG numbers to contact you, from outside the company network and talk to the entire GG community. GGapp also allows you to expose individual GGapp numbers to public view, which can be especially useful for marketing and sales departments that want to maintain contact with the entire GG community. The GGapp communicator will work perfectly in both business and private use.
